Tag devices do not use SIM cards.

They rely on Bluetooth and nearby phones to report location.

• 1-channel: JC182

• 2-channel: JC400, JC181, JC261

• 3-channel: JC371

• 5-channel: JC450

Please check the following:

• Confirm whether the issue is missing SMS alerts or no alerts on Tracksolid Pro (an SOS number must be configured).

• Ensure the vibration alert feature is enabled.

• Verify that at least 5 effective vibrations within 10 seconds are detected.

• Adjust sensitivity using the command: LEVEL,A# (A = 1–5; lower value = higher sensitivity).

• Trackers: Bluetooth commands (via Key Patrol Lab App), or serial commands.

• Dashcams: WiFiKit App, or ADB via computer (model-dependent).

1. OTA upgrade (recommended for bulk updates).

2. TF card upgrade (FAT32).

3. PC upgrade tool with upgrade cable.

4. Command-based upgrade for supported dashcams (use UPDATE command + package link).
